Welcome to SHOGA; a community of theatre folk, all departments from Box Office to Stage Door and everything in between, who come together to practise yoga postures, breath work and meditation.
Practising these disciplines together in one session gives us mental, physical and soulful benefits that enable us to better navigate the challenges of working in a busy crowded city; it gives us tools and a practice that will get us through an 8 show week, support us when we’re on the audition/interview circuit and keep us calm and present in our day to day life - especially when the going gets tough.
